1 oz grilled steak
1 cup roasted sweet potato cubes
Handful of mixed lettuce
Dressing: drizzle with oil and vinegar
This is an easy leftover recipe.
Any grilled steak sliced thin will do.
To roast the sweet potato: Cube sweet potatoes, toss with coconut oil or olive oil, bake at 425ºF until fork tender.
